I wanted to get an update on my order, so I reached out to the number provided on the website. When I asked for information, the person who replied simply told me I had to contact the sales team. I then asked for the sales team's contact number, but I was completely ignored and never received a reply on WhatsApp. I eventually had to reach out to them through Instagram just to get a response.
Even though I have placed a couple of orders with Disrupt.lk in the past, this experience was highly disappointing. It makes me feel like because I ordered a small item, it wasn't worth their time, as if they only care about expensive orders.
On a positive note, the mouse skates themselves look good, but having to chase them across different social media platforms just for a simple update is frustrating.

That's quite an unfortunate case you noted with our customer service, so our team took some time digging into what exactly went down.
I would like to note that we hadn't 'completely ignored' your message. You had simply figured your way into texting our corporate number (which FYI had been clearly labeled on our site footer as 'for businesses only') for a general customer inquiry. Our corporate number is not adequately equipped for regular responses unlike our customer support line, hence the delay with our corporate team to reply to your message.
But please note, we did end up replying to you, as opposed to your claim of 'completely ignored' and never receiving a reply.
We don't differentiate our customer services between who spent the least or most money in ordering a product - and I believe a lot of our customers can vouch for this. We did note you messaged us on our customer service line for previous orders - so what exactly prompted you to take the extra step and message our corporate line this time around?
We aren't dismissing your case entirely, we take responsibility for how this is turned out but I would kindly advise you to reconsider painting our customer service in complete bad-light when we've attempted to reply to you on a timely basis when you messaged us on Instagram and WhatsApp multiple times.
