Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly advise all customers to carefully inspect their orders upon delivery. Please ensure that the received product matches your order, and there are no visible damages or defects that may affect its intended use.

Change of Mind Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for change of mind under any circumstances. To guarantee integrity for every customer and due to the nature of the products we sell, exchanges or refunds for incorrect decisions or change of mind on shipped products cannot be processed.

Order Cancellations: You have the option to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped from our processing facility. If you wish to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that a non-refundable transaction fee applies to all refunds processed as cancellations, and it may take up to 10 working days to process the refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Products: If the delivered product does not match your order or is found to be damaged during delivery, please reach out to us via within 3 days of the delivery date. Our team will promptly assist you in resolving any issues.

Minor Manufacturing Defects: Please note that minor manufacturing defects, which do not affect the product's functionality, are considered common occurrences and are not eligible for return or refund. Should you have any concerns about the product's condition, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Warranty Claims for Faulty Products: If you encounter a product fault within our warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate the resolution process. Our team will conduct an evaluation to verify the product's fault before escalating your warranty claim. Be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence such as images or videos.

  •  Diagnosis and Verification

When you initiate a warranty claim, our team will first carry out a detailed diagnosis to confirm if the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect. Following this preliminary assessment, you'll need to send the product to our warehouse for further examination. Please ensure that you use a reliable courier or other secure delivery method for the return, as we are not responsible for any damage or mishandling during transit. The cost of shipping the product back to us shall be borne by you, the customer. However, if your warranty claim is approved, we will reimburse you for up to LKR 750 of the return shipping costs via store credits.

  • Repair, Replacement, or Refund

If the product issue is deemed a valid manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will proceed with one of the following:

Repair: The product will be repaired and returned to you in working condition.

Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will replace the product with the same or similar item. Alternatively, you can choose to upgrade to a different product of equal or higher value by paying the difference in price.

Refund: If a replacement is not possible due to the product being out of stock, we will issue a refund.

  • Exclusions and Limitations

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abnormal use, or external causes (e.g. natural disasters, fire, water, electrical damage)

Ordinary wear and tear, including battery degradation over time.

Unauthorised disassembly or repair attempts by anyone other than Disrupt's technical team.

The warranty does not apply to products used outside of their intended purpose or if the product has been modified in any way that affects its function or performance.

If the product's serial number has been defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible, the warranty claim will not be processed.

  • Warranty Period

The specific warranty period for each product is listed in it's respective product description. Your product's warranty period begins from the date of shipment. Ensure to store your digital purchase receipt and any other relevant documentation for warranty claims.
