I'm writing this review after using it for three months. Although this mouse is available for sale in many places in Sri Lanka, most sellers offer it at an overpriced rate. However, Disrupt.lk sells it at a very reasonable price.
Before this, I used the Logitech G402 for almost seven years without any issues. I believe this mouse will also last me a long time without any problems.
This mouse is not just great for gaming but also enhances your daily productivity tasks. It’s an excellent choice for coding, graphic design, video editing, and many other professional tasks.
Also, I want to mention a small suggestion – you should add a secondary contact number on your checkout page. If, for some reason, the user's first contact number is incorrect or unavailable, the delivery service can reach out using the secondary contact number.
I personally faced this issue, which caused a delay of several days in receiving my product.
Below, I’ve attached real photos of my mouse and keyboard setup.
Thanks for leaving a review and the lovely photos Charith! You're smack on point, the Logitech G502 is an icon that has stood the test of time. It's by far Logitech's most successful mouse till date, and still dominates it's weight class a decade later! :D
Appreciate the feedback on our website, we will continue working to improve our order and checkout features. Have fun with your new mouse!
The G502 has surpassed my initial expectations! Its sleek, ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use for extended periods. This product is so cool; customer service is also good. When gaming, the DPI shift is more helpful for me. Highly recommend this store as well as the product.
The DPI goes up to 25600dpi so it is perfect for COD. It boasts a response time, of zero and with the Logitech G Hub, it is fully customizable. I have never had a better gaming mouse than this one. Build quality is the best.
Thanks for the review, Daveen! Glad to hear you’re loving your new mouse. The G502 is an absolute unit, welcome to the club!

I recently purchased the Logitech G502 gaming mouse from disrupt.lk and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations! The mouse offers exceptional precision and responsiveness, which has significantly enhanced my gaming experience. I pre-ordered the mouse, and the customer service people were very responsive to every question I had and gave frequent updates on delivery of the product. The mouse itself is pretty awesome and a genuine product.

Don't know what's the difference between the Chinese product and US version but there's a slight different between them. Can't verify the device either because the Chinese website also redirect to the US product verification page.
Thank you for your feedback! To clarify, there may be slight packaging differences in our products, as some are sourced from different markets—similar to the Logitech G304/G305, which are the same mouse but packaged for different regions.
You might see Chinese packaging on some of our Logitech mice because they're imported from Asian distributors. As a result, you may not be able to verify the serial numbers on the US website, as they primarily focus on products for that region. However, all our Logitech mice are fully compatible with Logitech G Hub, which is a reliable way to confirm authenticity.
We understand concerns about counterfeit products in the current electronics market in Sri Lanka, and we maintain strict policies against selling fake items. If you ever have any doubts, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're here to help!
Have a great day!
Highly satisfied with the product and appreciate the fast delivery
