A whopping 1000 Hz low-latency connection via 2.4G wireless mode enables the keyboard for gaming usage, while Bluetooth allows seamless and power-efficient multitasking for up to three devices at a time.
Configure your keyboard with open-source QMK firmware or Keychron Launcher - a web driver that you can use anywhere online without the need to download or install files. It supports most operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux and more).

You can hot-swap every switch on the Keychron with almost all of the 3 pin and 5 pin MX style mechanical switches on the market (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda etc).

Multi-Layer Sound Dampening
The Keychron V1 Max has been engineered with tactility and acoustic experience in mind. The added sound absorbing foam and numerous other layers provide enhanced sound dampening and typing stability.
Gasket Mount Design
By adopting a gasket mount design along with a PC (Polycarbonate) plate, the V1 Max reduces acoustic resonance, delivering a softer and quieter typing experience.
Switch Layouts Between macOS & Windows
Built with the Mac users' experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices, the Keychron V1 Max comes with a system toggle and an additional set of customised keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems.
You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
OSA Profile Profile Double-Shot PBT Keycaps
OSA profile double-shot PBT keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and has an SA-like shape. Keychron named it the OSA (OEM spherical angled) keycap. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the type feel, and prevent the legends from fading out.
South-Facing RGB Lights
The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle with the premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when the users install OEM or Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on the keyboard.
Pre-lubed Gateron Jupiter Switch
Keychron's exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switch (for the Fully Assembled version only) comes with a 3-pin design, its pre-lubed with a reliable Gateron quality standard with up to 80 million keystrokes lifespan.
Their unique LED diffuser design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and softer backlight effect. The banana switch provides an early tactile bump at the top with a uniquely smooth experience like those Panda switches on the market.
